Did you know that a pre-teen and teen’s brain is different from yours? Using certain communication styles can help your child control his or her emotions and behaviors. Knowing your own limits and calming strategies will help you stay balanced and act as a role model for your children, too. Positive parenting is a learned skill that will change your life! Come and learn with us! This program will be taught by a Family Connection facilitator trained to teach this evidence based program.
