Ashland: Wednesdays from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Asante Ashland Community Hospital, Conference Room #1.

Medford: Mondays from 12-1 p.m. at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, Family Birth Center, Maternal Child Conference Room.

Grants Pass: In-person Childbirth Education Class ($55) at Women’s Health Center of Southern Oregon. Free Support Group information unknown.

Whether you’re exclusively breastfeeding, pumping, or combo feeding we would love to see you and your baby at this group. The group will offer parent-to-parent support while being led by a board-certified lactation consultant. A lactation consultant will be available to assist with breastfeeding issues and set up future appointments for more complex needs. Support groups help breastfeeding parents know that they are not alone in their feeding journey, help connect new parents and offer a safe place to share their unique feeding experience. Connect with a facilitator to access interpretation supports. We look forward to seeing you!
