Breastfeeding Class

Our online breastfeeding class will help expectant mothers prepare for their breastfeeding journey.

Empowering yourself with good information and a bit of preparation makes all the difference towards breastfeeding with confidence! Research shows that mothers who participate in breastfeeding education breastfeed longer and with more satisfaction. This 2-hour online class covers basic breastfeeding concepts, what to expect in the early weeks, how to identify and deal with common challenges, and where to obtain ongoing resources and support. This will be a live presentation to provide a more personal experience while still maintaining safe physical distancing. Partner attendance is encouraged!
