Conscious Discipline© (8 sessions)
Did you know that a young child’s brain is different from yours? Using certain communication styles can help your child manage their emotions and behaviors. Knowing your own limits and calming strategies will help you stay balanced and act as a role model for your children, too. Parenting is a learned skill, come learn with us!
