This is a community class. All are welcome!

Who should attend: Grandparents who spend time parenting their grandchildren.

What you will learn: self-care strategies, community resources, how to understand and positively interact with a younger generation, how to support children in school and at home, and explore your rights as a grandparent! Also, take care of yourself: You probably weren’t expecting to be raising kids again at this stage in your life. At times, the physical, emotional, and financial demands may feel overwhelming. That’s why it’s vitally important that you take care of yourself and get the support you need.

This will be a supportive and informative group held 2 hours per week for 8 weeks. Teachings are from an accredited, evidence-based curriculum.
