This is a 6 session comprehensive program for mothers and people in parenting roles with children ages prenatal to age 2. Have you ever heard of Cognitive Behavior Therapy? Parenting is very stressful, learn to manage your personal reality and moods. Co-parenting can be tricky, also learn respectful communication, how to meet your needs, and achieve self-care. Babies have special needs & love routines! We’ll also go over some brain building, fun activities to keep the boredom away. Positive parenting is a learned skill that will change your life! All types of parents are welcome to come and learn with us!

Schedule:

Session 1: Stressors and the Mother-Baby Relationship, How This Program Can Help Me, Managing My Personal Reality & Moods.
Session 2: Pleasant Activities Help Make a Healthy Reality for My Baby and Me, How Babies Learn.
Session 3: Thoughts and My Mood, What Do I Like To Do.
Session 4: CBT. Fighting Harmful Thoughts and Increasing Helpful Thoughts.
Session 5: Being With Others, People in My Life and the Ways They Support Me and My Baby.
Session 6: Interpersonal Relationships and My Mood, Communication, Review & Exit Surveys.
