for pregnant and parenting moms of infants & toddlers in Jackson and Josephine Counties

Wednesdays 8:30am-10am

Grab a cup of coffee, a little snack and spend your early morning before baby’s nap with other mamas and kiddos. Your parenting educator will be available to discuss infant & toddler parenting skills, Cognitive Brain Therapy, Stress Busters & lots of other things to keep you sane this summer!

A Family Connection Parenting Educator will send you an email with more information, such as a welcome email reminder, an online access code / link, weekly topics and can answer any questions you may have.

Session 1- Introduction to the Mothers and Babies Program.

Session 2- Activities and My Mood, Pleasant Activities Help Make a Healthy Reality for My Baby and Myself

Session 3- Thoughts and My Mood

Session 4- Fighting Harmful Thoughts and Increasing Helpful Thoughts that Affect My Baby and Myself

Session 5- Contact with Others and My Mood, How to Get Support for Me and My Baby

Session 6- Interpersonal Relationships and My Mood, Graduation & Exit Survey
