Free 8 Week class on Mental Illness

Free to parents, family members, partners and close friends of individuals who are living with mental illness.

Information on schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, co-occurring brain disorders.  SEGMENTS:  How the brain works, communications, advocacy, and coping skills for family and friends of people living with a mental illness and PTSD.

*coffee, tea and refreshments every meeting*

This class is taught by trained NAMI volunteers.
