Parenting With Hope: Nurturing Hope™ has been designed to offer support to parents and grandparents as they navigate parenting children ages 0-10 with special needs . Weekly parenting topics will include: co-parenting, communication, parent self-care, stress management, positive parenting, nutrition & routines, expectations & family rules, child development and more.  Learn how to be the best parent you can be while having support from a  community of parents and knowledgeable Parent Educators from The Family Connection.

→Did you know? OHP customers can use TransLink and ReadyRide as non-emergency transportation to The Family Connection’s free parenting programs. Please confirm with each program regarding scheduling procedures.

→Parenting is hard work! As Southern Oregon’s Parenting Hub, the The Family Connection and The Oregon Parenting Education Collaborative (OPEC) were founded to help. Please take advantage of our parenting classes, workshops, and events! Great parenting doesn’t happen in isolation… Let’s get connected. These are self sign-up class series with no eligibility. It is a free service to all families in southern Oregon.
