This program is FREE to any parent, grandparent or caretaker that wishes to attend. Strengthening Families Program© will give your family confidence and courage to meet the challenges and savor the joys of your children’s or grandchildren’s teen years. The program is based on sound principles of adolescent development, provides families with real-life skills and parenting solutions.

Session 2 – Communicate with Love and Understanding

Session 3 – The 5 R’s for a Happy Home

Session 4 – Limits and Consequences

Session 5 – Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills

Session 6 – Stress and Anger Management

Session 7 – Goals and Contracts to Change Behavior

Session 8 – No Alcohol, Tobacco or other Drugs (A.T.O.D.)

Session 9 – Choosing Good Friends and Monitoring Activities

Session 10 – Values, Traditions and Services (Graduation, Exit Surveys)
