The maximum amount of tickets you should “buy” is 5– Session 1, Session 2, Daycamp, Trasportation, and under 4 Childcare.
*Don’t leave early… You will receive a giftbag of items. This is all provided at no cost by the generous contributions from SOAEYC, Allcare, The Family Connection, Providence, Jackson Care Connect, Primary Health and other community members.
Additional wrap-around support you will need help with to be able to attend:
We have LIMITED childcare for children ages Kindergarten-8th grade at Grants Pass YMCA (7:00am-5:00pm) and Medford YMCA (7:30am-5:00pm). These daycamps are JUST for the families involved in the Parent Conference, donated by the YMCA, volunteers, and community partners. You WILL need to pack your child a snack and sack lunch. If you are needing to drop your school-aged child off at one of these locations please contact Diana.Bennington@socfc.org to fill out appropriate paperwork for drop off (Emergency Forms, etc). (pick YMCA Daycamp ticket)
It is our hope that your younger children (ages 1-4) will be able to be with a family member or older sibling during this time. If this is not the case, please contact Diana.Bennington@socfc.org for problem solving. Non-mobile infants are welcome to attend with their mother/father. (pick Childcare ticket)
If you are without transportation, do you have an RVTD Bus Pass? It is our hope that you will be able to make it to this conference to join in workshops and skill building activities. If you have no transportation please contact Diana.Bennington@socfc.org to help problem solve. (pick Transportation ticket)
