  • Siskiyou Community Health Center Siskiyou Community Health Center offers primary medical care for the entire family, a pharmacy, behavioral health services, laboratory services and Outreach program.
  • Southern Oregon Head Start Since 1967 we have been committed to providing high-quality services to young children and families in southern Oregon. Free for families that qualify, our services include early childhood education, family support, health, nutrition, disabilities and mental health services.
  • Southern Oregon ESD Our district is proactive in providing parents with information that benefits the health and safety of students and demonstrates our commitment to the wellbeing of all faculty, staff, students and visitors. Mental Illness & Addiction Recovery

  • Options for Southern Oregon Our goal is to allow individuals with mental illness to regain control of their lives rather than fostering long-term, unnecessary dependence on the mental health system. Our approach is one of hope, recovery and new possibilities that encourages people to resume normal community roles such as worker, student, spouse, parent and neighbor. Offering wellness classes.
  • OnTrack (Dads Program) OnTrack is a nonprofit agency serving the region for 45 years. The agency offers a wide array of clinical and supportive services for youth, adults and families. OnTrack prides itself on its model family based care. All services are offered on an ability to pay bases. Services include residential treatment for moms with their children, dads with their children, adults and teens as well as family based treatment housing. Outpatient services are offered from once and week to intensive day treatment services. Day care is provided children while their mothers/fathers are in day treatment services or moms and dads residential care. Many unique programs meet the needs of our clients with addictions, mental health and problem gambling service needs. The agency also offers an array of affordable housing options.
  • Jackson County Mental Health Treatment services are developed in collaboration with the individual or family seeking care. The individual’s own voice is valued in determining what will best promote recovery. Wherever possible, treatment is provided that has been shown to be effective through clinical research. Now in collaboration with CareOregon (as part of the Oregon Health Plan) at Jackson County Care Connect.
