????Teach social and emotional information to your child/student in a concrete, systematic and non-judging way.
????Learn to use The Incredible 5-Point Scale, a simple tool to teach children social and emotional understanding.
????Assist your child/student in creating strategies that can help them self-regulate as their stress increases.
