Why spend time learning Infant Massage and nutrition routines with your little one? Massage is a form of self-regulation. This is a relaxing time for you and your infant will learn early routines and self-regulation skills through body/brain stimuli, have better digestion, better sleep and many other positive benefits. It’s been studied that school-aged kiddos that received soothing infant massage, as well as other self-regulation techniques as they age, are more calm and less prone to anxiety and tension than their classmates who did not receive early supports.
