Has your child’s teacher expressed a behavioral or emotional concern regarding your child, but you don’t know what to do or who can help? Is your family life really stressful or going through major transitions, and you don’t know where to turn? Are you worried that your child might have significant underlying mental health or developmental issues, like Autism, ADHD, trauma, or a cognitive or memory problem, and are struggling to figure out how to get support or even get an accurate diagnosis?
Please attend this free workshop to get insight on navigating local support systems for children of different ages. Learn how to find additional help while you are on a waitlist or how to get services for your child without breaking your bank account!
These 2 hours will cover what you can do for your child and services to connect to in Jackson and Josephine counties.
This workshop is taught by a mental health professional with previous employment providing behavioral health at a local school based health center and is a wealth of knowledge. There will be a 30 min Q & A with the expert.
*Certificates of Participation available via email. Ask the teacher during the class!
